WHO IS SHELLIE?
Shellie Blanks Cimarosti is a 6th-degree Taekwondo black belt, and daughter of Tae Bo® creator Billy Blanks. She's the powerhouse behind CimoStrong, her dynamic fitness brand that fuses high-energy HIIT, kickboxing, strength training, heavy bags, suspension work, and stretching for total-body transformation and real, lasting results.
From humble roots of Erie, Pennsylvania, to training Hollywood stars like Shaquille O’Neal, Robert Downey Jr., Brooke Shields, Magic Johnson, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Paula Abdul in Los Angeles—and now calling Franklin, Tennessee home—Shellie's journey is pure inspiration.
Her credentials shine bright: original Power Ranger fighting in the Yellow suit, star of countless Tae Bo® videos, fitness magazine model, and guest on shows like Oprah and The Parkers. Training since age 2, she was at the top of the podium for point fighting at the World Championships and claimed Junior Olympics gold in full-contact sparring by age 14.
